Grievance Systems Administrator (GSA)
Grievance Systems Administrator is a labor tool developed for but not limited to client firms engaged in the COLLECTIVE BARGAINING process with their employees. GSA insures the accurate and timely filing, processing, response and follow-up to employee or union committee formal labor contractual issues and/or complaints.
As part of the Human Resource package, GSA offers a full range of Intranet \ Internet functionality. Including, electronic signature capture and retention, various pull down selection tables, full data base management, electronic notification, comprehensive reporting and search capabilities.
As an adjunct to GSA, a separate Health & Safety Complaint Tracking product is also available. H&SCT follows a similar format to GSA, but allows separate processing of health and safety issues, usually involving different personnel from that of Labor related issues. Either Tracking mechanism can be easily cross-referenced for reports or documentation purposes.
Main System Log-In Screen ...
User Names and Passwords are mandatory to enable access. All functionality within the application can be password protected. The Enterprise System Administrator dictates user accessibility through system configuration utilities.
Welcome Screen ...
The application layout follows a standard tab approach. In this case, the screen tabs are listed across the top. Welcome, General, 1st Oral, 2nd Oral, 2nd Stage, 3rd Stage, Company Report, DC Investigation, and History. Above the screen tabs, is a toolbar that includes icon buttons to initiate functionality such as Printing, Email, Attachments, Configuration, my Briefcase, and Help.
General Data Entry ...
The General data entry screen consists primarily of data that is global to any grievance and not associated with an active stage. Almost all entry fields are point and click type list boxes to eliminate typographical errors. Configuration utilities exist to add\edit\delete data in all pull down list boxes.

Company Report ...

Search Criteria ...
data entry screen. This screen allows users to search for any group of grievances or a unique individual grievance. Users will enter data in the fields to define a search query. The results will be listed in the list box on the bottom of the screen. Detailed reports can be produced from the search results.
